Over the next ten days, I'm going to *try* and log five beer hikes, covering as much of the city as I can. I'm not sure what events I will hit along the way, but I'm bound to run into a few.
Here they are, in no particular order (colors refer to the routes on my crappy map):
PINK - PHINNEY/BALLARD to GREENWOOD, via FREMONT and WALLINGFORD/TANGLETOWN; opening night hike, 7-8 miles.
RED - WEST SEATTLE to DOWNTOWN (or vice-versa); about 8 miles.
BLUE - GEORGETOWN to CAPITOL HILL, via BEACON HILL; about 7 miles.
PURPLE - DOWNTOWN to BALLARD, via MAGNOLIA; about 7 miles.
TEAL - SOUTH LAKE UNION to BALLARD, via UNIVERSITY DISTRICT and FREMONT; about 8 miles.
GREEN - BALLARD to ROOSEVELT, via GREENWOOD & GREEN LAKE; over 7-8 miles.
Shit. I guess that's six...
